Returns & Replacements

You may return most unused products to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.  Items must be in new re-sellable condition with all original packaging, paperwork and accessories.  For your protection, please send returns via a traceable method.  We are not responsible for lost or missing returns without tracking information. Return freight and shipping is non-refundable.

Special orders, appliances, heaters and items shipped direct from the manufacturer will be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee.  Please contact  us prior to shipping any return for a Returned Merchandise Authorization.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.  If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for  the return shipping amount and for applicable restocking charge

If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service.  For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Please call our office at (800) 687-4188 before you return any merchandise.  We will then advise you of the return shipping address for the product you ordered.
